Deduction date for policy and paying for something i didn't break

I am existing client of Tracker Skytrax CLI ********** , i regret now having them. May this year they had to come to change this useless tracker device that they keep on changing almost in 6 or 9 months. First they issued me tracker that is out of Warranty back in 2016 December when i first purchased my Suzuki Swift. On the 25th July 2018 TRACKER LECLI ********** T deducted R1,120.26 on my account for something that i didn't damage. I made arrangements for my account to be debited on the 25th of every month and they don't do that i really don't know what's difficult to make changes on the policy pay day
