DEBITING INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION

tracker connect they have debited into my bank account with out my permission and when i phone them and ask me they said that i have the tracking device with them, since i brought the car they said that i was having the contract with them for 36 month contract and when i ask them which insurance company did they get my details from they said to me that, i show ask the dealership if they have installed the tracker and it is impossible that the car can have two tracking device at the time . what surprise me is that when i brought my car my insurance send me the details where to take my car for installation i did to tracker connect
