Debited my account a ridiculous amount
Tracker called me last week informing me that my tracking device doesn't work and they need to come and replace it at no cost, which they did come and they installed a new device, but today to my surprise when they debited my account they didn't charge me the normal R120 which they take on a monthly basis, instead they debited me R1326.01. They know how to inconvenience a person, maybe that's how tracker define \AT NO COST\"."
