Debited after settling my account

<p>I had two contracts with tracker for (VW Scirocco and Audi A5) and I called in in September to request a settlement amount, I then paid in settled my account in September, got a settlement from your agent, and yesterday morning my account was debited. I requested that the agent should close my account, after paying that hefty amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>I quite disappointed with your process and you ripping people off</p>
