I purchased a motor vehicle with a tracker pre installed by the dealership. The tracker was removed the next day after delivery as i make use of a different tracking company. I never signed any paper work with tracker yet they debit my account bunch of money grabbers. The paper work clearly has two lines and a big cancel written all over it.
