debit order still effective

I have cancelled my service with Tracker after selling my previous vehicle. On three occasions notification was sent to Tracker and once again my account has been debited.<br> In fact Tracker have seen fit to effect an increase in my service fee debited to my account! Not only do they ignore valid written requests to cancel they blatantly continue to process increases.
