debit order date change

<p>I'm truly getting annoyed I've lost so much money because of trackers incompetence .<span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">What does one have to do to for Tracker to change my debit order date. I've been pleading for months now but i am still experience the same issue. i was promised that the debit order date was changed but to my surprise i still get debited on an incorrect date which results in me owing the bank money, which can't be reversed :-[</span></p>
