Debit Order beyond Contract Agreement

In Dec 2015 I sold a car & in Jan 2016 got another vehicle which I installed tracker device on and upgraded my premium. Upon cancellation, was told contract will only expire in May for the old vehicle Atos which I sold in Dec 2015. Today, 26th July I realised I was debited R127 more for month of June and July. Called the call centre & spoke to Claire Thompson, who assisted me. Upon her explanation, she said, the 2nd time when she was explaining to me that she already explained. I find it very disturbing that a person working in a call centre does not have the patience to explain to clients who are contracted with the company that pays her salary to explain one thing politely, even if it means explaining it 100 times for a client to understand, she is there to make our experiences seamless as possible but her tone in voice has no appreciation of the job. You can feel from the one side if someone is not assisting you with a smile, makes the whole call centre not worthy if people work unhappy, we feel it too. Either you re-train your staff to be as friendly and supportive and not bring in moods when talking to us, this is a job she chose and I find her very offensive to say the least. She however mentioned that the query will take up to 3-5 working days to investigate, I then requested to speak to her supervisor whom I was told he is busy and since been given his email address, his name Lungile Nkosi and email ********** Please could you assist me in my query, I only have the one car which am using and May has gone past, and I am already being debited for two cars. In addition, upon cancellation of the old one and booking installation of the current vehicle, is it not logic to note that the car is not being used by me when I mention I sold it and told there is a settlement amount? I therefore request that my 2 months of the Atos vehicle I paid be credited to my account for the coming month. I really do not need the stress of following up, do not have the energy. Please contact me as soon as possible.
