Debicheck Process Failure!

It has now been 8 days since my original complaint about the Debicheck mandate and still there is no feedback from Tracker!

I have sent countless emails, spoken to multiple consultants and there is still no one from Tracker who will call me to resolve this issue. The last communication was that it has been escalated to their Finance department as they finally understood the issue but there is still no feedback........

Please can someone from Tracker contact me urgently to resolve this as it is taking up valuable time and effort!
