De-activate Alert system

Good day<br> <br> Our Ford fiesta had a Alert device in that was always faulty. We requested you to remove that from the car and replace with a retrieve unit. That was done on 17 March 2015. The technician took the remote/disk for this retrieve unit with him!<br> <br> Since that day, we received numerous calls from tracker informing us that they have picked up that the car is in a emergency situation. Not to say that that car is on the road most of the day but the calls from tracker is always at night, and after midnight.<br> <br> We called every day since 17 March 2015 requesting them to stop the calling but with no avail!!<br> <br> Please can someone with the authority to stop these calls please give me a call TODAY! failing to that that and be able to stop this ridiculous late night calls I will cancel the 3 devices and move to a company with client service!<br> <br> Nelia van der Wal
