I have a big problem with this company, I was offer a product by them and had an agreement of R120pm installment for a period of 12 months. And I only shared my account details with them alone, but now they demand/ debit a variable installment amount of more than R2000 pm which I am not aware of it. I once enquire them about it and they seemed to not have a clue and promised to do a search and back to me which they never did, instead it carries on and on. So, I have to do reversal all the time they debit which does not come cheap. Tracker: 00GOO451TRACKEEP2691 Current debited amount: R2182.86
