Damages
Good Day to whom it may concern
Hope you well I just want lay a complaint regarding the incident that happen on 06/11/18 with regard my vehicle being towed by highway towers from Delmas. Apparently I got an invoice this month charging me for road assistance at an amount of R512.95. My car was damaged when they offload it. Which I contacted Tracker the same day this happened and they told me they will look into it. I was contacted by highway towers which they wanted to fetch my car for fixing and I was not comfortable with them towing my car. Which results me fixing the car on my own because they wanted to take the car to their yard, just to fix the damaged light, front grill and bull-bar amounting to R 3500.00 I had to pay for the damage cost in my own car.
I really don't understand how can I be charged while the towing company didn't even pay for damages they cause to my car. and for road assistance at an amount of R512.95. which its stated in the adverts that you get free road assistance.
Kindly advice on the matter.
