I was charged 600 for them to come and check a unit that isn’t working and still isn’t working. I was not even told about this call-out fee when I reported the faulty device, I was just hit with an invoice of 600 and they debit my bank account. This company has truly become *******, may be I need to find another company. If you do not bring back my money, I will reverse it as soon as it appears on my banking app.
