Customer service needs work

Feeling v frustrated as paying monthly for tracker but my unit device is not working. I am trying to contact tracker to help reset my unit so that my tracker can actually work in my car. I have tried SO many times to call tracker on the numbers I have been given. The number rings and hangs up - I even got through several times and then the line cuts. Tried another number given to me after complaining and it says that number is not valid!
