Customer service is an actual joke

Tracker has by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I called in as an existing client trying to get a tracker on a new car. The customer service rep was very snappy with me and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told someone would call me back. it's been almost 2 hours and I am yet to get a call back.
