****** have started debiting again !!!!

In November last year i was called by a agent who offered me a agility plan on my tracker which i accepted and was told the debit would go off once in december for R278. This never happened in december i started getting debited R29 pm and i requested that this policy be cacneled immediately as that consultant **** on a recorded line. the polciy was canceled in December and now all of a sudden tracker started debiting me again for this agility !!!! what the **** for ??? for the final time cancel this **** and stop debiting my account before i move this car to matrix like the rest of my cars ! stop doing as you please in my account !!!!!
