I had a lot of trust on tracker connect till they decided to show me the middle finger, early this year I decided to add tracker guard for extra R30 early feb-March, one of them consulted phoned me on my cell phone and I did not request for them to phone in the first place he told me about adding extra people for tracker guard not explaining fully adding more people is extra money, I agreed. Moth end of April they debited me R384 instant of R201 FOR TRACKER UNIT AND 1 TRACKER GUARD, i phoned them on the after the debit order during may to stop what they did but none of them bothered to stop the problem, June they debited me same about complaining about I did not agree on that and I have been calling them none stop they keep telling me it will be fixed and the agent will phone before the end of day. IT IS EASY TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT EASY TO PAY IT BACK, I WANT ALL THE EXTRA MONEY YOU DEBITED AND I WILL KEEP REVERSING THE DEBIT TILL YOU DEBIT WHAT WE AGREED ABOUT HOPING THIS TIME YOUR USELESS CALL CENTRE AGENTS WILL PHONE ME.
