Contracts

Tracker has no sales consultants to expalin their 36month contracts, i have since sold my car to cut costs, in short i could not afford it. I have now called the call centre and spoke to a lady Nesma that tells me that i have a 36 month contract which i did not know abaout until now. i was forced to install a tracker by my insurance, no one at tracker told me anything about a 36month term, i am now liable to pay R800 for a car i nolonger own. i demand that the R800 penalty be waived.
