Contract Cancellation

My car was written of in August 2015, I called tracker to cancel my contract as I did not have a car I was told that I had to pay R800 because I had agreed to a 3 year contract which is not true I than asked for proof which they promised to send immediately which I have not received till today, I called today to find what is happening because they have not stopped debiting my account I was told that they cannot find any proof/contract/recording but they also cannot cancel my contract. which according to is *****ing you cannot debit my account without any agreement.<br> <br> PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP I would also like to be refunded as well. I cannot pay for a service that is not needed without any agreeement
