Contract cancelation mountain to climb !

Tracker just makes it a mountain to climb to cancel vehicle tracker contract. I called ***to try and cancel my contract with them as the vehicle is old and is stationary 90% of the time(even tracker knows through their records). I was redirected to call ***, this number rang for like 10 minutes and then suddenly quiet with no response. I called again same thing happens .All of this, my airtime just to listen to music and end up not getting no one to help. When you want to sign up the process is much more faster but when you want to cancel, you have to go though a lot of blocks while your money is getting debited. It just doest make sense. Tracker i want to cancel my contract!!! What must i do for that to happen?
