Continued ******* tracking by tracker

I sold my car 5 years ago and despite numerous phone calls and cancellation emails. I still receive an invoice every month for a car that is not in my possession. And when I refuse to pay I was listed as a bad payer which is especially disturbing given I don’t have a contract with tracker. I would highly not recommend this ********* company. They are actively tracking someone else’s car at my expense without the owners consent which actively presents legal challenge for the company especially in relation to POPI. I’m at the point where the only course I have left is to take legal action against the company and I’m encouraging the current owner of the vehicle to do so aswell
