Continue to debit account

Tracker has continued to take money of my account despite requesting a cancellation several months ago. I left SA in April 2015 and no longer have the car that had the tracker.<br> <br> After several calls and emails sent with no response to emails they deducted R199 again on the 1st of August and today i get a letter to say that my payment will go up to R216 in September.<br> <br> I find this highly *********. I had given 30 days notice and yet several months later I am still being billed.<br> <br> The last person my husband spoke to gave the following ref number ThamsamqaMkepfe20/07-201513:06 yet on the 1st of August we were billed again. The person confirmed he could see the request for the cancellation and the previous calls made and said he would escalate it.<br> <br> I want this cancelled and I want a refund!!! <br>
