Constant bullying with phone calls from cartrack

I am so disgusted with cartrack I bought a car and install a tracking device the following month the car was taken from me I was ****med by the owner of the after paying the bank he bought the car from repo the car. I contacted cartrack and told them no longer have the car they told me I can not cancel the contract with if I do I will have to pay the full amount, I than told them I will continue with the monthly payment of a R150 a month that was prescription I signed up for. After a while I got a call from the bank to remove the tracking device and I called cartrack to remove the device and so they did,after removing they told me when I get a car they will reinstall the device with a fee of R870 and I told it's ok when I get a car I will inform them. Now I am being bul**** by them even thou I pay my prescription every month without fail they even deducted the amount of R1100 for what I don't know and they did this without me agreeing or giving my consent to do so. Now the calling me every day say I must pay my account is behind lying blatantly I pay my account every month and I told 6 call center agent's already. Everytime they say sorry for doing the same mistake I than even spoke to the supervisor promised he will fix this still nothing I am still getting phone calls early in the morning I than requested for the recordings of all the calls because I can't take it anymore they said they will email to me till to date I am still waiting what is wrong with this people I am being emotional abuse by their calls not fare🥺🥺🥺
