Con Artists at work
A bunch of Con Artists at work, I have been cancelling my policy after it expired in November 2022 and finally sent an email in March 2023 since they said after 4 months that they were not allowed to cancel my policy through a phone call, 4 months later. I have been calling them every month since March 2023 after sending the cancellation letter through email and they've only taken out one car from the policy and left a car that I sold more than 2 years ago. These con artists won't refund me and they know I won't reverse the debit order because they will blacklist me. I'm taking them to the ombudsman.
