1. Busi Fayilane from the Retention Department – I would like to sincerely thank Busi for her outstanding support. She helped me a great deal, especially when I was about to cancel my policy. She was honest, kept her promises, and ensured that I was assisted. She followed up with me regularly to check if my issue had been resolved, and when it wasn’t, she took all necessary steps to escalate it, including speaking on my behalf with Product Support and the Technical Department. Her dedication is truly commendable. Thank you so much, Busi, for your assistance. Please continue to provide the excellent service you gave me to other clients as well.

2. Notkozo Ncongwana from Product Support – I would also like to compliment and thank Notkozo for her efforts in resolving my matter. She made several attempts to ensure everything was in order and even checked that my app was up to date. Thank you for your persistence and support.

3. The Technician – Lastly, I would like to thank the technician who assisted me with my unit. Although I may not have been very patient, he remained humble, polite, and helpful. I especially appreciate that he returned the next day to complete the job. Thank you so much for your dedication.
