complaints about tracker

Hi. I was hijacked on 27 march 2015 to what's midnyt. I phone the tracker on 28 march 2015 they told me my account was activated and after they told me that they don't c my car. Today on the 07 may 2015 I phone tracker complaints department I spoke to the lady from complaints department she told the tracker was activated on 30 march 2015 but I phone as soon as I escaped from the guys there were hijacking me. I want the tracker to pay R124000.00 or the balance of R20000.00 on my vehicle because they give me a different stories. Meaning they never track my car. My name is christopher boshielele thaba
