Complaint on tracker pathetic services

I am the owner of my vehicle Ford Ecosport TDCItrend. Tracker was installed without my acknowledgement by my husband on his name instead of my name. I enjoyed tracker systems however when I called on Friday to change ownership from his details to my details, this was declined with an unreasonable excuse. I have provided all legal documents which shows that I am the legal owner of the vehicle however tracker refused to change details. I want to continue using your services however I am thinking twice as I am receiving bad services from tracker. Reason for this complaint due to the fact we are going through a domestic dispute and do not want him to know my whereabouts. I am really peed off with this services and if you want to retain this for me, I suggest you sort this out as soon as possible. I have been liaising with Siphiwe Ngobane who is dealing with my complaint and manager is Mr Sheik.
