Complaint

A constant sold me a tracking device for my bike which I use for business when I have explained the use of the bike very well to her instead she sold me a device for personal use which is more expensive and I called in I was told they can't do anything about it, which means I'll have to pay for the constants mistake for the next 36months then I complained a week ago, I was promised feedback with 48hr a week later feedback whatsoever not even Acknowledgement of my complaint
