Hi I was involved in a crash nd the front bumper was damaged to my suprise the tracking device was fitted right by the front bumper I mean how can their technician install a tracking device in tt area then I called their office to ask how can we resolve the matter they told me it was my fault tt it was exposed and they said the only way they can help me to re install the device was if I pay a re installation fee like to my imagine if maybe I got hijacked or if my car was ****** nd stripped of the device was gonna be easily found .
