Company doesn not care about customers.

Non existant service or customer care... Booked new tracker, dash camera, drivers camera and 2 side cameras to be fitted to new truck. Nearly 3 weeks later nothing fitted. Being pushed from pillar to post and back again. No one and I really mean no one, is really interested. Customer care doesn't even bother to get back to you either. Dozens of calls and emails later and today I get told No record of a booking on file. Wow. If this is the level of service we have recieved so far, what happens when something happens and we really need them...... Think C-Track may be a better option at this stage.
