Communication and lack of client service

We had been with Tracker for a while and had no problems or issues. Their service were excellent. The problem came when we sold our car and wanted to cancel our policy. The gentleman informed me which car would you like to cancel. I was confuse as we only had one car at that stage.

Long story short. When we sold our previous car it was not taken off our policy our new car was just added, because I fail to explicitly tell tell them please take of my previous vehicle which I do not have anymore and add the new one. We paid for a vehicle for 18 months that were not our possession. They did not contact me to ask why isn't your tracker not working we can not pick it up.

So after countless attempts phoning and explaining and listening to the recording which I asked for and did not received. Tracker said the will refund me after I paid a penalty to cancel my policies.

The problem now is those conversations were in December and there was no refund as of yet......This is quit sad.
