Collecting subscriptions on a written off vehicle
I installed tracker retrieval in 2016 on my vehicle. The vehicle was written off in an accident on 19 March 2023 and I cancelled my subscription . Now Tracker keep sending debit order mandates to by bank to collect subscriptions and charges. If you don’t reverse your June 2023 debit order request, expect a summons soon.

14 Jul 2023, 11:42I noticed that you again send a debit order request to my bank notwithstanding my repeated instructions to you to cancel the policy. Amongst other things, you wrote on 22 June 2023 that the vehicle will not be traced in the event of “a theft or hijacking”. Who *****s or hijack cars in a s**** yard? I informed you in May 2023 already that the vehicle has been written off but you keep sending debit orders to my bank. I’m grateful for this woeful experience of your service and will never use it again or recommend it even to my worst enemy.
