I cannot express how disappointed I am by the service I am receiving from Tracker the emails does not get responded too. The agents don't get back to you.
When I made a decision to move over to Tracker I guess this was a bad idea. But none the less.
I would like to cancel because my car has been sold I have a new car and yet they do not even get back to a person so that the switch can be done.
My billing is behind but they do not even follow up. It is honestly frustrating.
Client services is seriously taking a scale to 0.
