Cheap service

i have an account with Tracker connect and I've never been happy with their service for the 3 years i have been with them. i called on the 01/06/2015 to cancel my subscription as my contract with them ended on the 27/06/2015 and was advised via email that i will be on a month to month contract/basis. On the day in question i was put on hold till i ran out of airtime and Riaan sent me a generic email stating that \ We have been trying to contact you to no avail"Who contacted who here? i rep**** to the email stating i wanted to cancel my subscription and he also rep**** stating that i need to give them 30 day notice period. at the present moment no has contacted me to cancel the contract.
