charging more than the agreed amount

in January tracker offered me an insurance and agreed to the instalment of R.115.00 per month .First month i noticed an extra R49 debit order which was never agreed .called them twice in February and requected to cancel .which was later done .did not trust them again so requested them to cancel the policy twice .It was never done but account was handed over to the Norton attorneys .To me thats being bully .
