Changed Debit Order Banking Details Without My Written Consent
Tracker Connect decided on their own they are going to change my debit order details to an account that was last used by them 10x years ago and was closed by me recently. I have the signed debit order on file which I signed in 2018, the details of which did not change. Is it not ******* to change debit order banking details without the written consent of the client? I would like to know what process you use when you change a client's debit order banking details? Please provide me with the proof that I instructed you to use different banking details.
