CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP NOT DONE AFTER ONE YEAR!!!

Good Afternoon<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted by Tracker, being a longstanding client the service I am receiving is crazy. I sold my vehicle last April, Tracker was notified of the change and the new owners details. In May the money was debited from my account, I called and notified Tracker and was then told the change was not done. I went to the new owner, called Tracker and we spoke to them in detail and still the change has not been done. June and July was the same, I called in and was told it has been noted and will be done. I didn't hear from Tracker until December saying I am in arrears. Once again I spoke to the lady who called me and she confirmed the system has my calls logged and she can see a change had to be done. I then provide them with the new owners details again. In December around the 27th the vehicle was written off by the new owner. He advised Tracker after me querying what was going on. I then got a call in last month saying the contract cancellation must be paid and it will be in order, again I mentioned speak to the new owner and was told yes we will sort out. Tracker has now listed me on ITC, they still haven't changed ownership. my new ***. HELP!!!
