CARTRACK IS SO USELESS

In actual fact they deserve no start at all. I have been trying to get them to fix the cartrack in my car from last year 2019 May. They contact me everyday to collect debt and I do not pay because my account was not in arrears all this while until I realised I was paying for nothing . I have escalated the matter to so many people to no success . The organisation has various departments , all useless and take absolutely no responsibility . They are selling cartrack , make money and not safety at all. I will be writing with to all media platforms I have had it with these people .

Instead of appreciating that some organisation still exist and people have jobs out there they are just passing you from one department to the other because they can still afford to employ a lot of useless people who wont take ownership and responsibility let alone that i have to speak so loud because it is a call centre .I am a woman who thought was buying a safety feature meanwhile was just attracting stress .
