CAR WRITTEN OFF - CANCELL TRACKER

Our car was involved in an accident on Monday the 14th, it is now written off by the insurance, I called on Tuesday enquiring about the tracker to cancel it and also why no notification was send with impact. The Lady said she will get someone to phone me, up to now no one has called. An email was also send regarding the same matter and no one has even responded, it seems with new business they phone you every 5 minutes but with other problems they do not get back to you, I doubt it if I will go the tracker way again with a next vehicle.
