CAR TRACKER NOT ACTIVE. INSURANCE DECLINE CLAIM

The tracker on my car was not activated and I was hijacked in front of my house. The car has still not been recovered and insurance subsequently declined my claim as a result of my tracker not being active. This is after I spoke to a Tracker Connect consultant who assured me that my tracker is active. My account is up to date. I now have the debt of a ****** car as a result. Tracker Connect is clearly not delivering the service I pay for each month.
