CAR TRACK DRIVER CAUSES ACCIDENT AND CARTRACK & THEIR INSURANCE REFUSE TO PAY

I am in the process of a follow up with their insurance company TRACKER TECHNOLOGIES (CLC) as advised by our attorney's.

Early November last year -A Tracker driver bumped my late father's car while my brother was driving while they were "rushing to assist for a ****** car". The driver gave us his word that Tracker will pay for the damage as my mother no longer has an insurance for the car thus its a third party damage claim.

THE CAR IS BUMPED AT THE BACK AS THE DRIVER was overtaking my brother who was at the STOP sign and had right away to proceed only to be bumped by the driver who was in a hurry.

Tracker TECHNOLOGIES or also known as CLC is their insurance company and is refusing to take liability of the damage caused to our only car.

THEIR STUPID ASSESSORS EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE to assess the car and saw that the damage value is very high and took advantage of a 58 year old black women.

I am waiting for response from them -to review should they decline the claim - We will be fling a lawsuit and I will be going to the media to expose this nonsense
