Car Not Detected

i took the Skytrax with Tracker in 2011 and my contrac experied last year ever since they've been debiting my account on monthly basis the worse thing i when I called them today and they told me that the last time they detect my car was on the 1/04/2015 can somebody explain to me how come my car is not covered while they get my every month. Very Disappointed
