Cant login, no one ever assists or even replies to a mail. Unanswerred calls. Very bad service!

I created an account and it worked the first day, now I can't log in anymore and I cant check if the tracker is working, can't do emergency notices. When I contact support, my emails go unanswered, they don't pick up a phone. They don't care. The cars have a tracker and whether insurance pays or not, they still get money. Very bad service!
