Cant help but if the car is ****** u didnt comply

I called in to the Call Centre of Tracker to update the Reg No of my Husbands new car where the Tracker Device was installed.On the Certificate it had the old Reg No and I wanted to give the New Reg No.<br> I have the Tracker Certificate and Reg Papers and the consultant advised that she could not assist as not my Vehicle.<br> <br> I asked if she could call my husband to confirm that we were updating only the Reg no and no we cant help.<br> Really is this service , but if the new vehicle is ****** and we have not updated the information we are not complient. SHOCKING<br>
