Cannot get through

After being with tracker from 2006 i have sold my motor vehicle and would like to cancel the contract seeing that the car does not belong to me anymore. So far so good with one minor problem, nobody seems to work at their call center. Phoned three times and all those time held on for over 30 minutes with no one replying. You guys do not seem to be having any trouble deducting monthly off my account but the only time i need to get through nobody is available. Pathetic!! I will just have to phone my bank and see if i get put a stop order on you seeing that nobody gives a hoot from your side!!!
