Cancelled with Tracker now they saying I renewed

I am utterly disgusted with Tracker and will never use your services again. My contract ended last year of which I did not renew. When called about a renewal I did request they send me forms before I confirm anything, nothing was sent to me. I then decided to cancel and not renew with Tracker. They still requested I pay an amount which I did, they then sent me my cancellation letter and now after no calls and one email send me a request suspending a service that is cancelled and threatening me to pay a 3 year contract that I never renewed. I have WhatsApp confirmations to them and my emails. Incompetence at its best. I requested your accounts contact me, they called, I explained, they confirmed they would call me and never did. I then requested some assistance via email and never even got a response but your letter states you have made numerous attempts to contact me with no response. This is absolute nonsense. How can I get a confirmation of cancellation in February then a suspension letter now but I never agreed to the renewal. I asked for documents to read through and to date never got a thing. Can someone with more than a 30% pass rate contact me to resolve this issue.
