Cancelled in May Still being charged
<p>Tracker is charging me every month for a unit that I have no use for and have cancelled in May 2016 already.</p> <p>The Person I asked to cancel the contract is: </p> <p>Olivia Jacobs</p> <p>Business Sales Consultant</p> <p>Tracker Connect Pty Ltd</p> <p>Cape Town</p> <p>Office : +27 86 ********** </p> <p>Fax : +27 11 ********** </p> <p>Mobile : +27 82 ********** </p> ********** <p>www.tracker.co.za</p> <p> </p> <p>She keeps putting the responsiblilty over to someone else.</p> <p>with the result being nothing ever gets done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up with the poor after sales service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

After a month still nothing has been done about this.
How can your investigations take a month after I have provided clear evidence that I was told the tracker was transferred to the new owners and the other was cancelled.
Tracker is an ********* company and I urge anyone not to do any business with them.
Maroba Kekana promised me this wouldn't take more than a week.
I have called, never being able to get hold of this person. other colleagues promising he would call me back. still waiting.
