cancellation of my other car

good day Hello Peter,<br> My name is Tiisetso Mokoka id no ***, I am complain about the company named Tracker due to the bad service I am receiving from them. in 2013 I asked them to install tracker on my 2 cars which is Polo Vivo and Corsa utility and the consultant was assisting me I explain that for Corsa Utility is only for the time being because I am planning to sell it in the next feature, the consultant told me I can cancel it and continue with the other car. then I continued with the contract. January 2015 I sold my car then I phoned Tracker on the 4th of February 2015 to ask them to cancel my contract for the Corsa Utility then the consultant told me I cannot cancel the contract then I explain to the consultant my agreement when I joined this contract the they promised me to go and review the conversation between me and them, they will call me after 3 days which they did not and again on the 11 February 2015 I phoned them again and explain myself they told me the same story of calling me after 3 days they still going to review my calls, even today I am still waiting for their calls and they still busy deducting my money for no reason.
