Cancellation of an account

I have received an sms with the above ref number that I need to arrange with Norton Lambrianos.This is surprising as I have notified Tracker about my cancellation of this account in February 2015 due to my retrenchment. I even confirmed with then during that month and the lady who was assisting me she even confirmed that she is cancelling it on her side while I was on the phone. I got an sms to confirm as well that the account was closed.Two months later I got a call from a guy who said he was calling for my tracker account and I told him that I closed it. He offered me to have another one with a lesser amoun of R99 PER MONTH. I agreed and he said they will start to debit on the following month end. I waited on that month they never debited.The next month I got a call from another person to say that I am owing tracker. I've explained to her that they were suppose to debit on my account as discussed with the last person who offered the one for R99.She then told me that she was calling from the attorneys and that this was handed to them.I have not been working , I have explained to her too that I wont be able to pay hence I cancelled it. I am Unemployed. This whole issue is unfair.
