Cancellation impossible
How do you get tracker to do a cancellation? We have been trying to get hold of the cancellations department without success. Work items for emails: ***2, ***1, ***4 for the same query. All answer we get from call centre is someone will get back to you. How is it that difficult to cancel a month to month subscription. If I could give your service a minus I would.

31 Jul 2024, 10:49We have been trying for 3 days to get hold of the cancellations department. You hold on forever. When we missed the call now we tried to call back but we get transfered to the cancellations dept and have to hold on forever. We sent numerous emails why is it so difficult to juat reply and cancel the contract.
